As a home buyer agent, I will be more than happy to show you single family homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, villas, land, manufactured homes, etc.!  First, for almost all cases, you will need proof of funding.  Let's get this done first, then relax and shop for a home! 

When I send you current listings or new homes by builders, go through the list and eliminate the ones you do not like.  Next, travel through the neighborhoods day and night to see the community.  While you are looking at the community and neighborhoods, jot down any FSBO (For Sale By Owner) homes.  I can negotiate with them for you, too! If you like the community, we are ready to tour homes!  Be honest when I send homes that are listed.  This way we can define a criteria, just for you!  For example:  one story or two story, minimum square footage, minimum # of Bedrooms and Baths, garage requirements, master upstairs or downstairs preferred, gated, preferred age of home, HOA or no HOA, acreage or not, home with pool or community pool, near a highway or in the country, etc.
